About Our Client
Large beauty business based out of Australia and the USA launching their UK business. They are going to grow massively in the next 12 months and are hiring from senior leadership down.
Job Description
- Vendor management – managing agency partners and negotiating rates/fees
- Recruitment coordination – managing the recruitment tracker, hosting weekly WIPs, and keeping activity on track
- Candidate management – scheduling and coordinating interviews with both UK & AUS heads, sitting in on all interviews to ensure cultural alignment and alignment with VidaCorp\’s vision in UK/EU
- Stakeholder engagement – liaising with the internal recruitment panel and line managers
- Compliance and admin support – reference checks, on boarding, working with our PEO (Oury Clark) for contract generation
- System updates – maintaining the ATS and internal jobs board
- Documentation – assisting with PD and job requisition form creation
- Candidate experience – ensuring a professional, timely, and engaging process from start to finish
- Strategic input – providing hiring recommendations based on market and industry insights
The Successful Applicant
Successful candidate should have
-experience working in similar industry (retail, FMCG, beauty)
-have worked in talent space for similar business
-experience working in scale up or start up environment desired but not necessary
-must have experience with end to end Talent – from sourcing to on boarding
-experience managing agency/vendor relationships
-sourcing experience
-good communication – working with stakeholders across the business
