Daily banking and petty cash reconciliations. Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques. Dealing with supplier queries. Paying off warranty credits in the Sales Ledger. Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring invoices paid/ received by due dates with the correct customs duty paid if applicable. Staff expenses management including reconciliations and payments. Completing VAT Returns processes The Successful Applicant A successful Accounts Administrator should have: May have experience in a similar role but not essential. Excellent organisational and time management skills. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills for liaising with colleagues and stakeholders. May be studying an accountancy qualification (AAT) What\βs on Offer Accounts Administrator Competitive salary between Β£28,000 and Β£35,000 per annum.
