Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to directors, including diary management and travel arrangements.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Coordinate and organise meetings, ensuring agendas and minutes are prepared and distributed promptly.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the directors.
- Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Support HR activities such as onboarding coordination, documentation, and process administration.
- Help maintain compliance, governance, and audit-ready processes.
- Identify ways to improve efficiency, structure, and communication across the business.
The Successful Applicant
A successful EA to Directors should have:
