Job Description
- Project Planning & Delivery: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Governance & Compliance: Apply PRINCE2 (or equivalent) methodology and tailor appropriately for each project. Ensure adherence to firm's project governance framework, including risk, quality, and change control processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting throughout the project life-cycle. Prepare and present progress reports to the Head of Operational Transformation and project boards.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and elevate where necessary.
- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities. Foster collaboration and maintain momentum across all phases of the project.
- Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and contribute to improving project management practices within the firm.
