Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate multiple diaries with precision and efficiency.
  • Schedule and organise meetings, appointments, and events for key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all scheduling conflicts are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders regarding appointments and changes.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and relevant documentation as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and update calendars regularly to reflect changes.
  • Assist in prioritising appointments and commitments for senior staff members.
  • Support the wider Secretarial & Business Support department with administrative tasks as needed.
