Job Description
- Overseeing all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and management.
- Leading and assisting with M&A and Transaction related activities.
- Developing and implementing tax strategies to optimise efficiency.
- Liaising with regulatory bodies and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
- Preparing and reviewing tax returns and reports.
- Providing guidance on tax implications of business decisions.
- Collaborating with other departments in the company to ensure tax compliance.
- Managing and mentoring tax team members.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations in the insurance industry.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Tax Manager should have:
- Professional certification ACA, ACCA or CTA.
- Extensive knowledge of tax planning, compliance, and management.
