Job Description
We\\\βre looking for a Senior Social & Community Manager to own and lead on social media β crafting bold, culturally resonant content strategies that turn audiences into fans, and fans into lifelong advocates. In this role, you\\\βll shape both our social strategy and our community approach, building a strong ecosystem of creators, superfans, and brand advocates who bring our identity to life every day. Whether it\\\βs amplifying user-generated content, spotlighting authentic community stories, or collaborating with platform owners to elevate voices, you\\\βll ensure our community feels seen, heard, and celebrated.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who blends creativity with strategic thinking β someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, culture, data, and community building.
Leading a small team and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you\\\βll collaborate cross-functionally across the business to ensure our social and community efforts are fully aligned with our brand and commercial objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- A senior Social Media Manager with experience setting long-term visions for social growth
- A proven track record of results and achievements in a Senior Social Media role
- Previous B2C experience working in beauty, fashion, luxury and Ecommerce
- Fluent in Social Media, with a deep understanding of how to align social brand goals with commercial objectives
- A proven line manager. Ability to manage and bring out the best in the team around you
- You\\\βve nurtured and scaled creator programmes, with a holistic understanding of how community contributes to brand growth on social and beyond
- Someone who loves working with people and real communities, both online and off-line
- Confident managing and tracking a budget inline with company targets
- You\\\βve worked closely with wider teams and senior stakeholders β Marketing, Creative, PR, Ecommerce and Commercial
- A start-up mindset β someone who enjoys leading from the front and driving growth
