The client is a start-up within the beauty space. With a team of 15 across the UK, US and Dubai, they are now looking for a SNAM / Channel Head to drive UK sales growth across both existing and new accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Actively prospect and win new business
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing either Boots or Superdrug at national level
- Ideally experience selling mass beauty brands
- Excited by SMEs and start-ups, hunter mentality
- A background in beauty or similar industry
- Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
