Job Description

This strategic PSL role supports a nationally recognised R&I team, helping lawyers stay ahead of legal developments and market trends. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing legal updates and internal briefings on insolvency and restructuring law
  • Maintaining and developing precedent documents and know-how resources
  • Supporting legal research and responding to technical queries
  • Contributing to training programmes and client-facing materials
  • Collaborating with other Knowledge Lawyers across practice groups
  • Supporting innovation in legal service delivery

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales
  • Significant experience in non-contentious restructuring and insolvency
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills
  • A collaborative, client-focused approach
  • Prior PSL experience or a clear interest in knowledge management
  • Interest in legal tech and innovation
