Job Description
This strategic PSL role supports a nationally recognised R&I team, helping lawyers stay ahead of legal developments and market trends. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing legal updates and internal briefings on insolvency and restructuring law
- Maintaining and developing precedent documents and know-how resources
- Supporting legal research and responding to technical queries
- Contributing to training programmes and client-facing materials
- Collaborating with other Knowledge Lawyers across practice groups
- Supporting innovation in legal service delivery
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales
- Significant experience in non-contentious restructuring and insolvency
- Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills
- A collaborative, client-focused approach
- Prior PSL experience or a clear interest in knowledge management
- Interest in legal tech and innovation
