Job Description

  • Manage and oversee financial controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to queries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end close activities.
  • Monitor and manage risk within the accounting function.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the accounting team.

The Successful Applicant

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant.
  • Experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector, particularly in accounting and finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
