They boast a worldwide workforce of over 10,000 employees, with a commitment to excellence and integrity in all they do including their employees’ development. You will be joining their EMEA business in their London headquarters. Job Description Your key responsibilities will include: Providing legal advice on all UK & European employment law issues, with the assistance of external counsel when needed Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of employment contracts & agreements Handling employment disputes and litigation as and when needed Providing training to HR and stakeholders on relevant matters Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the Financial Services sector Advising on changes to employment legislation and its impact on the business Supporting the wider legal function on ad hoc matters The Successful Applicant The successful applicant should: Be qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales Have the ability to act autonomously, acting as point of contact for Employment Law matters Possess knowledge of UK & European employment law and regulation Have proven experience within the Financial Services sector Exhibit excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills Be able to commute into London on a weekly basis What’s on Offer Your offer package will include: Base salary up to £140,000 depending on candidate experience Group based income Minimum non-contributory 10% pension Private medical, dental, and travel insurance Assisted fertility And more… #J-18808-Ljbffr
