Job Description
- Manage and monitor the credit control process to ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and communications.
- Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and payment trends.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address billing and payment issues.
- Provide excellent customer service while managing relationships with clients.
- Implement effective credit control procedures to minimise bad debts.
- Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
