Job Description
- Lead a small but expanding team of Data Engineers, BI Developers and Data Governance specialists
- Develop and implement data strategies to support business objectives.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of key business data.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to inform decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to recommend actionable solutions.
- Manage and optimise data storage, security, and accessibility protocols.
- Provide training and support to teams on data tools and analytics.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Data and Insights Manager should have:
- A strong background in data analysis and management within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge around modern data platforms i.e Azure, Power BI, SQL, iPaas, Fabric, Databricks etc
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools and software.
- Experience with database management and analytics platforms.
