Job Description
This role is ideal for someone looking to take ownership of departmental growth, support junior colleagues, and contribute to the firm\’s strategic goals.
You\’ll work on a broad range of commercial property matters, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in business development and client acquisition. You\’ll be required to:
- Deliver high-quality, profitable legal work across your own matters
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
- Support the Head of Department in achieving business plan objectives
- Provide clear, commercially sound legal advice
- Make decisions independently, escalating only complex or novel issues
