Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of all technical projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Prepare and present technical reports to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement within the technology department.
- Be embedded into the technical delivery team and ensure successful delivery of all live projects.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Scrum Master / Technical Lead must have:
- A strong background in solution design and delivery.
- Be an experienced Scrum Master.
- Experience working within the public sector or similar environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing technical teams and guiding project execution.
- A solid understanding of compliance and industry standards.
This person would be embedded directly with our technical team and contractors, helping them deliver in a fast-paced, complex environment.
