Their products are sold across a broad network of independent and chain jewellery retailers throughout the UK. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a commercially driven Sales Director to lead their national retail strategy.
Job Description
- Lead the UK retail sales strategy across independent and multiple watch & jewellery retailers
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with key retail partners
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Line-manage and develop a small, high-performing sales/commercial team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and operations teams on go-to-market plans and campaigns
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting, reporting and performance insights to the senior leadership team
- Represent the brand externally at industry events, exhibitions and with trade bodies
The Successful Applicant
- Strong track record in a senior sales role within watches and/or jewellery
- Experience managing accounts across both independent and national watch/jewellery retailers
- Strategic and commercially minded, with the ability to drive sales and profitability
- Confident operating at senior leadership level and influencing business direction
- Monthly travel to the HQ based in London, weekly travel to accounts across the UK β ideally candidates will be Midlands-based to support national travel
- Proactive, hands-on and collaborative leadership style
