About Our Client: My client is a London based Events & Communications agency with a global client base. Using a tech-based data driven approach, they help Enterprise level clients deliver truly engaging, innovative and impactful events that are at the cutting edge of the event industry.

Job Description: Stepping out of university and looking for a role where you can grow fast, learn from experts, and build a career in sales within the events industry? I am searching for a Graduate Sales Apprentice to join a rapidly growing London based Events & Communication agency. This role is perfect for someone who's eager to learn, thrives in a lively environment, and wants a clear pathway into a client‑facing sales career.

You’ll begin your journey by supporting our sales team with essential administrative and organisational tasks. This foundation gives you a front‑row seat to how sales works inside a busy agency. Your early responsibilities will include:

  • CRM and data management to keep the sales pipeline running smoothly
  • Preparing proposals and pitch materials for client meetings
  • Conducting market and prospect research to support outreach
  • Coordinating meetings, follow‑ups, and team communication
  • Supporting event‑related admin and client logistics

As you grow in confidence, you'll be trained in:

  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Sales communication and negotiation techniques
  • Pipeline management and forecasting
  • Building and nurturing client relationships

The role is designed to evolve into a full sales position where you'll manage your own accounts, contribute to revenue targets, and play a key role in the agency's growth.

The Successful Applicant: The successful candidate will have the following:
