Job Description: Stepping out of university and looking for a role where you can grow fast, learn from experts, and build a career in sales within the events industry? I am searching for a Graduate Sales Apprentice to join a rapidly growing London based Events & Communication agency. This role is perfect for someone who's eager to learn, thrives in a lively environment, and wants a clear pathway into a client‑facing sales career.
You’ll begin your journey by supporting our sales team with essential administrative and organisational tasks. This foundation gives you a front‑row seat to how sales works inside a busy agency. Your early responsibilities will include:
- CRM and data management to keep the sales pipeline running smoothly
- Preparing proposals and pitch materials for client meetings
- Conducting market and prospect research to support outreach
- Coordinating meetings, follow‑ups, and team communication
- Supporting event‑related admin and client logistics
As you grow in confidence, you'll be trained in:
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Sales communication and negotiation techniques
- Pipeline management and forecasting
