Job Description
As a Sales and Service Executive you will be supporting clients throughout their conveyancing journey when moving properties you will be working closely with estate agents and other third parties to provide a seamless process.
You will be promoting a wide range of services the business offers through outbound calling, emails and other platforms.
The role has lots of autonomy you will be managing your own workload prioritising contact based on service level agreements and work towards targets set by the department.
Will be first point of contact for customer service enquiries building excellent relationships ensuring the highest level of customer experience is provided.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally some previous customer service and sales experience this could be from a range of backgrounds
Confident on the telephone able to build excellent relationships
Passionate about sales and providing the best customer journey
Driven and self motivated
A positive can do attitude
Able to work towards targets and in a fast paced customer focused environment
An excellent team player
