About Our Client

The Real Estate Finance team is led by a rising star in the industry, with a track record of building lender relationships and delivering results in time-sensitive bridging and development finance matters.
Job Description
This role sits within the Real Estate Finance department and is suited to someone with a genuine interest in property finance, whether newly qualified or with up to 4 years\’ PQE. You\’ll work closely with the team lead and senior solicitors on a range of transactions, including:
- Acting for lenders and borrowers in bridging, development, and mezzanine finance deals
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, and ancillary contracts
- Managing transactions from instruction to completion, including due diligence, title reviews, and Companies House filings
- Liaising directly with clients, brokers, and lenders to ensure smooth execution of deals
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to internal training and knowledge sharing
- Staying up to date with market trends and regulatory developments in real estate finance
The Successful Applicant
- UK-qualified solicitor (or soon to qualify) with experience in property finance, banking, or commercial real estate. The role is open to NQ to mid-level associates.
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Commercially minded, with a proactive approach to client service
- Experience with bridging finance is a plus, but not essential
