• Provide legal assistance in all aspects of residential conveyancing
• Manage correspondence with clients, solicitors, and other parties effectively
• Prepare legal documents and contracts related to property transactions
• Assist in the management of property files and maintain accurate records
• Support solicitors in preparing for court hearings, trials, and corporate meetings
• Conduct thorough legal research to assist in case preparation
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the department

The Successful Applicant

A successful Residential Conveyancing Paralegal should have:

• Academic qualifications in Law or a related field
• Proficiency in the use of legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum 12 months residential conveyancing experience
• Strong knowledge of residential property law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a team
