Job Description
- Manage the invoicing process, ensuring invoices are sent out promptly and accurately.
- Maintain and reconcile account ledgers by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Resolve account discrepancies by investigating documentation.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing issues.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising account information.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Help with resolving control accounts
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable Specialist should have:
- A strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proven experience in a reconciliation role role.
- Proficiency in excel and manipulating data
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What\’s on Offer
- An hourly rate of approximately 18 – 21 GBP.
