Job Description

  • Serving as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Managing a busy switchboard, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate individuals.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
  • Coordinating mail distribution within the organisation.
  • Assisting with the organisation of meetings and events.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Contributing to the overall smooth operation of the Secretarial & Business Support department.
