Job Description
- Serving as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Managing a busy switchboard, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate individuals.
- Assisting with administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinating mail distribution within the organisation.
- Assisting with the organisation of meetings and events.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
