Job Description

As Receptionist, you will;

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome at all times.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, reflecting the company\’s image.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for client meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing.

  • Assist with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
