Job Description
The Real Estate Professional Support Lawyer will be:
- Creating and maintaining precedents and practice notes, focusing on commercial property matters
- Developing and enhancing document automation and AI-powered due diligence templates
- Providing timely legislative, case law, and policy updates relevant to the Real Estate team
- Designing and delivering engaging training sessions and workshops to develop fee earners\’ expertise
- Supporting the continuous improvement of the team\’s know-how and operational efficiency
The Successful Applicant
A successful Real Estate Professional Support Lawyer should have ideally 5+ PQE(please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying)
- A strong background in real estate law within a professional services environment.
- Proven ability to draft, review, and manage legal documentation effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide training and guidance.
- Strong knowledge of current developments in the field of real estate.
- A proactive approach to knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
- Qualified solicitor or equivalent qualification.
