Job Description

Experience of a range of residential matters is sought including;

• Residential landlord and tenant issues including rent recovery and possession claims.
• Service charge matters including S.20 and related tribunal proceedings.
• Building safety issues (repairing and other obligations, fire safety legislation, service charge issues).
• Enforcement of easements, restrictive covenants and rights of light.
• Disrepair.
• Adverse possession and squatters.
• Transactional support work.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate Litigation Associate should have:

• Qualification as a Solicitor in the UK
• Strong background in property law and litigation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Superior client service and communication skills
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
