Our client is a well known international law firm. They are looking for a Real Estate Knowledge Counsel with a focus on tech innovation.
Job Description
As a Real Estate Knowledge Counsel your duties will include:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of real estate law and practices relevant to the business services industry.
- Working creatively with the Tech/Automation teams to support the drive to improve the efficiency of real estate transactional processes through the use of technology.
- Provide expert advice and support to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and update legal documentation and precedents.
- Deliver training and updates on legal developments to colleagues and clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyse changes in real estate law and their impact on the organisation.
- Act as a thought leader, contributing to industry discussions and publications.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Real Estate Knowledge Counsel should have between 3-5 years PQE in real estate matters. Please note the level of experience identified is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
