Job Description
- Coordinate daily shipping activities for UK and international orders
- Deal with import and export documentation
- Prepare all required shipping and customs documentation
- Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners
- Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies promptly
- Maintain accurate shipping records within internal systems
- Work closely with warehouse and customer service teams
- Monitor costs and support optimisation of freight spend
- Ensure compliance with export, import, and safety regulations
