Job Description:
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes across the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure accurate financial data consolidation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Analyse financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings within the EMEA region.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
The Successful Applicant:
- Full ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
- Strong and proven experience within a US Based business.
- Multi entity management & US GAAP.
- Experience managing a team previously.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across the EMEA region.
- Experience in the technology/listed businesses will be advantageous.
- Be available on short notice/immediately available.
