Job Description
- Conduct quality reviews on insurance claims to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Identify discrepancies or inaccuracies in claims and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the claims team to maintain and improve quality assurance processes.
- Provide detailed reports on findings and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of all reviewed claims.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and legal requirements in claims processing.
- Support training initiatives to enhance team understanding of quality standards.
- Respond to queries related to quality assurance and compliance in claims handling.
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in the insurance industry, specifically in claims management or quality assurance.
