You will join an award-winning national legal services provider operating as part of a major international law firm. This business is built on innovation, delivering flexible and managed legal services at scale and works with a wide range of commercial clients across the UK.

The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:

  • Dealing with lease negotiations, renewals, surrenders and other tenant/landlord matters across large property portfolios.
  • Advising on asset management issues for commercial real estate, including strategic and operational considerations.
  • Working closely with the asset management team in the food & beverage sector (and other sectors) to provide pragmatic commercial advice.
  • Using legal technology platforms to deliver efficient client service and manage work flow effectively.

The Successful Applicant should be / have:

  • A solicitor with 3‑7 years PQE.
  • Demonstrable technical expertise in commercial property asset management.
  • Proven experience handling lease negotiations, renewals, surrenders and general asset management matters for sizeable property portfolios.
  • Experience in or knowledge of the food & beverage sector would be advantageous.
  • Comfortable with legal technology solutions and platforms, and an interest in working in a managed legal services environment.
  • Ties to Leeds.
