Job Description
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for property portfolios.
- Manage the reconciliation of property accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Oversee tenant billing and ensure timely collection of rental income.
- Maintain and update property budgets, addressing variances as needed.
- Support the preparation of VAT returns and other regulatory submissions.
