Job Description

Full Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Development:
    1. Design, implement, and continually refine a unique and holistic portfolio of wellness offerings tailored to luxury travellers, encompassing fitness, nutrition, spa treatments, mindfulness, and wellbeing knowledge.
    2. Collaborate with resort teams to incorporate location-specific elements and ensure alignment with brand standards.
  2. Resource Coordination:
    1. Identify, recruit, and manage wellness professionals, therapists, and service providers, maintaining a high standard of expertise and guest service, as needed.
    2. Coordinate with hotel management teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of wellbeing services.
  3. P&L Management:
    1. Establish and manage budgets, ensuring financial viability and profitability of the wellbeing programs across all properties.
    2. Monitor financial performance, implement corrective actions as needed, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  4. Marketing and Sales:
    1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote wellbeing offerings, in partnership with the marketing team.
    2. Foster partnerships with industry influencers and organisations to elevate brand visibility and attract new clientele.
    3. Collaborate with the sales team to design wellness retreats, corporate packages, and other bespoke offerings.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality, wellness, or luxury service industry.
  2. Strong expertise in developing and managing wellness programs, with a deep understanding of market trends.
  3. Demonstrated experience in full P&L management, marketing strategies, and resource coordination.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  5. Passion for wellbeing, luxury hospitality, and delivering unparalleled guest experiences.
