Job Description

  • Support procurement processes, including purchase orders and supplier management.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating procurement records and databases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for procurement activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement & Supply Chain department.
  • Respond to queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders professionally.
