Job Description
As Private PA, you will;
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries with precision.
- Handle confidential correspondence and documentation efficiently.
- Organise and oversee personal and professional events as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all communication on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as requested.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to meet evolving needs.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Private Personal Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in a similar support role for HNWI.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
