Job Description
The Private Client Solicitor will be:
- Handling a broad range of non-contentious private client matters
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Managing estate administration, including IHT advice and account preparation
- Running your own caseload with supervision and support
- Participating in team and firmwide business development initiatives
The Successful Applicant
The successful Private Client Solicitor should have:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 1-3 years PQE in private client law
- Experienced in estate administration and tax matters
- Skilled in drafting Wills and LPAs
- A confident communicator with strong client care skills
