Job Description

The Private Client Solicitor will be:

  • Handling a broad range of non-contentious private client matters
  • Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Managing estate administration, including IHT advice and account preparation
  • Running your own caseload with supervision and support
  • Participating in team and firmwide business development initiatives

The Successful Applicant

The successful Private Client Solicitor should have:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 1-3 years PQE in private client law
  • Experienced in estate administration and tax matters
  • Skilled in drafting Wills and LPAs
  • A confident communicator with strong client care skills
