Job Description

The Private Client Solicitor will be:

  • Leading the development of the Tax & Estate Planning offering in Bournemouth
  • Managing a varied caseload including wills, trusts, LPAs, and estate administration
  • Advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax and trust law
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members
  • Driving business development and networking initiatives

The Successful Applicant

The Private Client Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years PQE in private client work
  • Experienced in complex tax and estate planning matters
  • STEP qualified or working towards qualification
