Job Description:
- Manage the executive's daily schedule, ensuring all appointments and meetings are organised efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate project-based work.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by the executive.
- Manage and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide a professional and courteous service to all internal and external contacts.
- Assist in the planning and organisation of company events.
