About Our Client: My client is a well-established Not for Profit and Charities organisation that is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the CEO based in Nottingham.

Job Description:

  • Manage the executive's daily schedule, ensuring all appointments and meetings are organised efficiently.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate project-based work.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by the executive.
  • Manage and reconcile expense reports.
  • Provide a professional and courteous service to all internal and external contacts.
  • Assist in the planning and organisation of company events.

  • Minute taking experience.
  • Can commute to Nottinghamshire.
