Job Description
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees within the company.
- Process new starters, leavers and adjustments – SMP, SPP, SAP, SSP
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, pension schemes, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle payroll queries from employees and provide resolutions promptly.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to reconcile payroll accounts monthly.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as needed.
- Support audits by providing payroll-related documentation and information.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
