Job Description

  • Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees within the company.
  • Process new starters, leavers and adjustments – SMP, SPP, SAP, SSP
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, pension schemes, and other statutory requirements.
  • Handle payroll queries from employees and provide resolutions promptly.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to reconcile payroll accounts monthly.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as needed.
  • Support audits by providing payroll-related documentation and information.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

A successful Payroll Specialist should have:
