Job Description
Part Time Payroll (Contract)
- Process payroll for employees in adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely submission of payroll information.
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies with a proactive approach.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR.
- Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to reconcile payroll reports.
- Support end-to-end payroll processes, including tax filings and statutory deductions.
- Assist in auditing payroll procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide reports and insights to management regarding payroll trends and issues.
The Successful Applicant
Part Time Payroll (Contract)
- Proficiency in multiple payroll platforms
- Can adhere to ad hoc hours/work, typically 2 or 3 days per week
- Competent in gross to net manual calculations, happy with pension portal uploads, happy to liaise with a management service
- Happy to adhere to a role until April 2026 on a part time basis

- Interim: Until April 2026 as a minimum
