  • Working on M&A transactions

  • Keeping libraries of particular contracts and insurance policies
  • Working on amendments to contracts
  • Keeping notes of calls

The Successful Applicant

A successful Paralegal will have the following experience:

  • A degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a legal environment, ideally within M&A or funds.
