Job Description
- Carry out all aspects of painting and decorating in empty (void) properties, including surface preparation, emulsion, glossing, and minor repairs.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with health and safety regulations.
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet property turnaround targets.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Painter/Decorator should have:
- Proven experience in painting and decorating, ideally within social housing or void property environments.
- NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Ability to work efficiently and with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
