A growing and successful accountancy practice based in Taunton is looking to recruit an Outsourced Accountant into their team with opportunity to progress in your career where you will act for wide ranging clients and be responsible for the delivery of bookkeeping, VAT and management accounting services alongside working with clients and helping to improve efficiencies and financial systems.

Based in Taunton this leading and growing accountancy practice acts for very wide-ranging clients across varying industry owner managed businesses through to UK subsidiaries of overseas entities. Description

You will join the Taunton offices as an Outsourced Accountant and will take on increasing responsibility and client contact, progressing in your career within this leading firm where you will undertake Bookkeeping for a range of clients using cloud based software (e.g. Xero, Quickbooks), VAT, monthly / quarterly management accounts and reconciliations and work with clients on project work helping to improve efficiencies in compliance and financial systems. You will have clear opportunity to develop technically and progress in level and financial reward.

Profile

For this Outsourced Accountant role you may be AAT qualified or have developed your career entirely through experience and will have a background either working within the accountancy practice sector for an accounting firm of any size having developed your career to the Semi Senior Accountant levels, with anything from at least two to three years experience to date, or considerably more. Or, you may have developed your career within industry so far and bring experience of double entry bookkeeping, VAT and financial reporting experience in either statutory accounts or management reporting.

Job Offer
