Job Description

• Support the design and implementation of organisational design strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with HR teams to enhance employee engagement and performance.
• Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and deliver training materials aligned with organisational goals.
• Facilitate change management initiatives across the business.
• Provide guidance on career development and succession planning.
• Ensure alignment between organisational goals and HR practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programmes and suggest enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful OD Specialist should have:

• Proven experience in organisational development within the wholesale industry or a similar sector.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making processes.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to design and deliver effective business transformation programs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
• A strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Knowledge of Lean Methodology and Matrix environments.

What’s on Offer

• Day rate of £500 to £600 or £95,000 – £110,000 on an FTC depending on experience.
