Job Description
- Manage office operations including IT systems, suppliers, and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, GDPR, and charity governance requirements.
- Lead organisational policy development and maintain compliance records.
- Assist with HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and wellbeing.
- Maintain and update HR policies aligned with UK employment law and charity values.
- Support strategic planning, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
