Job Description

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Reconciliation of cash and securities positions, resolving any breaks identified.
  • Supporting the full trade lifecycle, including settlement and matching issues.
  • Assisting with the maintenance and integrity of the fund\’s investment book of records.
  • Addressing queries from custodians, administrators, and internal teams such as trading, sales, and compliance.
  • Involvement in calculating and processing rebates, commissions, and distribution fees.
  • Contributing to improvements in workflow and control processes.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Operations Analyst candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in investment operations within an asset management environment, with strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle and financial instruments such as equities, ETFs, FX, and bonds.
