Job Description

  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard.
  • Provide administrative support to the secretarial and business support department.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers as required.
  • Assist with the organisation of events and meetings, including catering arrangements.
  • Ensure the reception area and communal spaces are tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Support the wider team with ad-hoc duties as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Host should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role e.g. in hospitality, cabin crew etc.
