Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end process for new product development, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure all packaging meets regulatory compliance standards and environmental policies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing and production, to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct packaging quality assessments and resolve any non‑compliance issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, ensuring compliance with all legal and safety requirements.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality materials and competitive pricing.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of NPD projects to senior stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful NPD & Packaging Compliance Manager should have:
