Job Description
- Provide proactive diary management and ensure senior leaders and directors are at their priority meetings, attending weekly meetings with the senior leaders to understand what these are.
- Booking travel and helping with events.
- Handle confidential correspondence and maintain accurate records.
- Organise travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries.
- Deal with expenses for directors.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in a PA to directors role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
