Job Description:
- Processing high volumes of invoices and reconciling supplier statements
- Assisting with month-end duties including accruals and prepayments
- Supporting the preparation of management accounts
- Bank reconciliations and cashbook maintenance
- Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers
- Assisting with ad hoc finance projects and reporting
The Successful Applicant:
- Proven experience in a similar finance role (e.g. Temporary Senior Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Assistant Accountant)
- Strong Excel skills and experience with finance systems
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
