Job Description
As NOC Manager, you report to the Network & Engineering Director: Your responsibilities include:
- Manage 24/7 NOC operations, including team shift planning,
- Oversee incident detection, response, and escalation according to established protocols,
- Ensure compliance (and ideally overachievement) with KPIs related to availability, response times, and incident resolution,
- Collaborate with technical teams to quickly resolve network or teleport issues,
- Maintain clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders during incidents,
- Implement continuous improvement actions to optimize NOC efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in managing a NOC or a similar operations center,
Strong team coordination and leadership skills,
Proficiency with network monitoring tools and incident management processes,
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Experience in a telecom or satellite environment,
Knowledge of ITIL practices or equivalent certification,
Professional English proficiency (international environment possible).
What\’s on Offer
Salary depending on profile – €60,000 – €70,000.
